What final dues include

When employment ends, the employer normally owes salary for days worked, pay for unused leave, notice pay if notice was not worked or given, and, in a genuine redundancy, severance of 15 days pay for each completed year of service. Resignation or dismissal for cause does not by itself trigger severance.
